Due to license territorial restrictions, we can only ship to destinations in the US and Canada
. This includes APO, FPO and US Territories and Possessions (basically, if you've got a US zipcode or Canadian postcode, we can ship to you). North Carolina Residents: we must charge you the sales tax.
We try, but do not 100% guarantee, to ship the same day the order is received as long as we get it before 3pm Eastern Time. If we cannot ship to you for some reason, we will contact you to let you know.

We have a flat-rate shipping policy; no matter how large or small your order, the shipping is the same (depending on the method). In addition, for USPS Media/1st Class mail to US destinations, shipping is FREE on orders of $35 or more
The current shipping methods are:
- USPS Media / 1st Class Mail - $3.95 (US only; FREE if order is $35 or more)
- USPS Media / 1st Class Mail - $12.95 (Canada)
- UPS Ground - $7.95 + $2.00/item (Mainland US)
- USPS Priority Mail - $7.95 + $2.00/item (US States)
- UPS 2-Day - $27.95 + $2.00/item (Mainland US)
- UPS Next-Day - $37.95 + $2.00/item (Mainland US)
Our shopping cart will automatically apply discounts based on the size of your order.
- Orders of $50 or more receive a $5 discount.
- Orders of $100 or more receive an additional $5 discount.
- Orders of $200 or more receive an additional 10% discount!
So if you order $250 worth of stuff, you'd receive $25+$5+$5 = $35 in additional discounts automatically.
The automatic discounts will be calculated and displayed when you View cart
, but will not be displayed in the Shopping cart summary box that appears on every page when you have something in your cart.
From time to time, we publish discount coupon codes on our Twitter feed
. Unless otherwise stated, these discounts are usable once per customer, and have a time limit.
To use a coupon code, enter it in the "Enter discount codes" box on the checkout page, then click the "Calculate Discounts" button below the box. This box is just under the billing and shipping address areas on the page.
We accept checks, major credit cards, and PayPal. We use PayPal as our credit card processor, but you do not need to have a PayPal account in order to use your credit card -- some helpful tips can be found here
. You can also call us and give us your credit card information over the phone if you prefer. In the case of checks (or PayPal eChecks), we will hold your shipment until the check clears.
We reserve the right to cancel any order (and refund your money) for any reason at any time. So if a programming error means that box set is available for 23 cents, or a coupon code gets you 10 times the intended discount, you're out of luck. On the other hand, if you do notice a problem and let us know, we'll be very appreciative!
